Oh my goodness..this company is great. Our A/C wasn't working right. We had two different companies come out before Western States Home Service. One charged us and didn't fix anything. The other just wanted to sell us a new unit. Western States was so great. They communicated well, answered our questions and fixed our unit so it works great. They said this unit may have 15 years left. We are so thankful they saved us so much money. Highly recommend them!

Our Tech Michael provided an honest opinion and various options from just replacing the blower to buying a new unit altogether. Ultimately, a new unit was the best choice for us long term. The company over performed based on my expectations. We are very happy with the performance of the unit and the install. A big plus for us was that Western States sells and installs Carrier units. The dual fan design works really well for our house!

The installers of our HVAC Matt & Cesar were very efficient & cleaned up everything afterwards. When we had a problem & Joel came to check it out, he located the problem quickly & was able to fix it to our satisfaction. Even Mike who gave us a fair bid was very knowledgeable & didn't pressure us to buy from Western States. We would highly recommend them & all their employees.
I've been a customer of Western States since 2009. They have done a lot (A LOT) of work for me - from AC to Insulation and Sealing to plumbing. They are of very high integrity and quality. Steve, who I worked with in the beginning is an outstanding guy and has since been promoted. Kevin, the most recent tech to come out, was kind, considerate and knew his stuff. Highly recommend him and Western. One thing to note in all honesty, I feel you pay a premium with Western. But, you get what you pay for - premium service. Western has always taken care of any issues that have arisen and I appreciate them a lot.
